Minimum Advertised Price
In order to preserve the retail integrity, trade status and reputation,
as well as consistent marketing strategies, all dealers must clearly
mark our suggested retail price on any product advertising. Forms
of advertising include print media, radio, Internet promotion, retail
sites or any visible street signage. The maximum advertised discount
allowed is 20% of the suggested retail price. Individual dealer
can decide on the final selling price. VIGMA reserves the right
to suspend business with any dealer advertising below the minimum
Good Specification and Design
VIGMA preserves the right to modify the specification or design
of the products without prior notice.
All goods are at buyers’ risk once they have been delivered.
Claims for damaged goods must be made within 5 days of receipt by
calling (852) 2462 9059. The company cannot accept responsibility
thereafter. Fault caused by accident, neglect, misuse or everyday
wear and tear are not covered by this clause.
Delivery charges are based on destination, total parcel weight and
the delivery method chosen. We will contact you with a quotation
prior to processing your order.
The delivery time may vary depending on demand. We will always
try to get your goods to you as soon as possible. However, we cannot
be held responsible for delayed delivery however caused. For orders
from North America, all the standard orders will be sent from our
logistic center based in Toronto, Canada.
Payment to VIGMA is processed by Paydollar which secure online payment
system with latest security technologies, including SSL and VBV.
All the card and company information collected is used only to process
the order. Visa and MasterCard are accepted as the method of payment.
Payment is due in advance of delivery.
